The cap of these water bottles is opened via a Bite Valve. This convenient valve prevents any spills while making it easy to drink from the bottle while exercising or traveling. The valve is flipped up and sipped from, without having to tip to bottle. It can then be flipped closed again, folding flat into the top of the bottle so that it is kept clean and out of the way. The valve can easily be used while drinking one-handed. The Bite Valve contains no moving parts so it is a sturdy mechanism that will continue to work without any problems and no need for replacement.
